Instant Pot Spinach Saag
This dish tastes much better than it looks! I made it in my Instant Pot. From start to finish, it took about 30 minutes. I used this recipe, but with the following substitutions:
This recipe can easily be made vegetarian. Blocks of tofu might substitute nicely for the paneer you would get with this dish.
