I have been following all of your daily food updates because I can't help but feel amazed with how great you are with cooking and keeping your life healthy. I wish I had the same kind of dedication you have with making sure that you will be able to balance the foods that you are preparing for yourself. Also, please know that the reason why I always check out your site is because I am learning a lot from you which is really satisfying on my part because I am now able to cook not only for myself but for my family as well. There are still some instances where I am struggling but I know that as time goes by, I will be able to be good at cooking as well. Thanks for the recipes by the way.

What I EatI want to give you an idea of how to eat healthfully on a restricted diet, without a lot of work, by showing you how I eat! I eat strictly gluten-free. You'll find A LOT of veggies in this blog! I eat both fish and meat a few times a week (local and/or humane, whenever possible), and dairy when I'm visiting family and friends, or eating out. I hope you find this blog inspiring and interesting!
